What is Individual DBT Skills Training?
Think of this as personal training for your emotions. In one on one sessions, we focus on the core DBT skills: mindfulness, emotion regulation, distress tolerance, and interpersonal effectiveness and how to actually apply them in your daily life.
This coaching helps you build practical tools to manage stress, handle emotions, and navigate relationships with more balance and confidence. You will get personalized support tailored to your unique needs so you can feel grounded, in control, and at peace in everyday situations.
It is practical, skills focused, and future oriented. You will not be dissecting childhood memories week after week. Instead, you will learn strategies that help you stay stable, self aware, and empowered right now.
By the end of each session, you will leave with actionable skills, a clearer mindset, and more control over your reactions so you can navigate life with less stress, more ease, and more self trust.
