Bianca VonBank, LMFT
THERAPIST FOR WOMEN IN NYC AND THROUGHOUT NEW YORK AND FLORIDA
My Approach
Therapy with me feels like a deep breath and a much-needed reality check. If you're a woman in your 20s, 30s, or 40s navigating anxiety, food issues, low confidence, complicated family dynamics, relationship struggles, or constant stress, you're in the right place.
You might be the one who holds it all together. The overthinker. The emotional caretaker. The perfectionist who’s exhausted but can’t seem to let go of control. You’re smart, self-aware, and probably functioning just fine on the outside but inside, you’re overwhelmed and disconnected from yourself. You’re ready to stop the cycle. That’s where I come in.
I’m not the kind of therapist who only talks about your childhood or asks the same vague questions over and over. While we’ll explore the past when it’s helpful, I’m here to help you move forward. I’m direct, collaborative, and results-focused. I want you to leave our sessions feeling like something actually shifted. Like you’re building clarity, insight, and real momentum.
We’ll laugh, probably cry, maybe curse a little, and have some honest conversations about the things you’ve been carrying for way too long. I’ll help you untangle the stories that are keeping you stuck, reconnect with your inner wisdom, and start making choices that feel aligned with the woman you want to be.
This work can be heavy, so I bring humor into the room whenever it’s needed. I’ve found that some of the most powerful moments in therapy come when we can hold both pain and laughter at the same time. I’m not afraid to talk about anything, and after more than a decade in this field, I can promise you I’ve heard it all. You are not too much. Your story is safe here.
My approach is grounded, intuitive, and real. I’ll challenge you, I’ll support you, and I’ll always meet you exactly where you are. Therapy with me isn’t just about insight. It’s about building confidence, creating change, and finally feeling more at home in your life.
Let’s do the work together.
